"Where do you get the fish you use in your jewelry?"
The fish used in RobinCharlotte Jewelry are collected from local pet shops as they naturally pass away. No fish die in vain for fashion. They are actually recycled and preserved to be forever admired.
"What is the estimated shipping and handling time?"
If your item is not made to order and in stock (which will be noted in the listing)- For Priority Mail your item should arrive in approx. 5 business days. Express-approx. 2 business days. If you item is made to order you will receive a email within 24hrs of your purchase giving you a estimated time line on your piece.
"What if MY fish dies? Do you do custom orders? "
Of course we do! If your fish dies, immediately take him out of the water, put him in a zip lock bag and into the freezer. Next contact us to find out the best way to get your fish to Robin based on your location.
