It has a real large seahorse inside a unique handcrafted tear drop pendant with a small white opalescent sea shell embedded inside. The bead above is a large round white & black rutilated quartz stone. Also features a real garnet on the extender chain. Please note this necklace is made to order and there will be slight variations in your quartz and seahorse as they are each one-of-a-kind (but don't hesitate to email in your requests) I have had people ask for less more more curly tails on their seahorse, different shells inside, so don't be afraid to ask for what you want, because I for one love getting exactly what I want! So I will not let you down in creating a necklace that is everything you ever wanted!
